|Joel Someillan is a Grammy-winning Cuban-American producer and songwriter. Over the last 25 years he has worked with the top Latin artists in the industry; Gloria Estefan, Jon Secada, Thalia, Chayanne, Obie Bermudez, Carlos Ponce, and many more. Someillan has earned numerous Gold and Platinum album credits along with two Latin Grammy awards; the first in 2001 for Best Engineered Album (Thalia’s Arrasando), and the second in 2005 for Best Pop Vocal Album (Obie Bermudez’ Todo El Año). The following year another of Someillan’s productions was Grammy-nominated for Album Of The Year (Chayanne’s Cautivo). Based in Miami, FL, Someillan continues to write and produce for artists, film, television, and stage shows. His collaborative style and penchant for pop-inspired hooks can be heard in every song and composition he works on.|
Finished post-production just last month for indie short-film “Memories of a Failed Youth” and it was accepted into the Cannes Film Festival!
